This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18524 of 2025, dated 01.07.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed.

3. Considering the said fact, bail condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30a.m.,until further orders and this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
