The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2023 from the file of the Sub Court at Neyveli to the file of the Principal Sub Court at Mayiladuthurai.

2. The petitioner is a permanent resident of Mayiladuthurai. She married the respondent on 03.09.2021. From the wedlock, a girl child was born on 14.06.2022. Due to matrimonial differences, the parties are before the Court.

3. The petitioner pleads that she is staying at her parents house in Mayiladuthurai and it is her parents who are taking care of her and the child. Therefore, she pleads that she is unable to travel from Mayiladuthurai to Neyveli and back to attend every Court hearing.

4. Taking into consideration the interest of the wife, I am inclined to allow this transfer petition. Hence, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2023 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court at Neyveli is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Principal Sub Court at Mayiladuthurai.
