No.23 of 2016 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Vellore, Vellore District in confirming the judgment and the decree dated 21.01.2016 made in O.S. No.287 of 2010 on the file of District Munsif Court, Katpadi is illegal, unsound and liable to be set aside.

JUDGMENT

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant has filed before this Court a memo of compromise dated 31.03.2022 which is signed by both the parties in the presence of their respective counsel. The parties who have signed the memo of compromise are also present before this Court and the counsel have identified their respective parties. In view of the memo of compromise dated 31.03.2022, the parties request this Court that the second appeal may be closed in terms of memo of compromise.

2. Accordingly, the second appeal is closed in terms of memo of compromise dated 31.03.2022. The memo of compromise dated 31.03.2022 shall form part and parcel of the records.
