When the matter was listed for hearing on 15.07.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence, the matter was adjourned to 01.08.2022. On 01.08.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 03.08.2022. Though the matter was listed under the caption "for dismissal", today also, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the O.S.A.(SR).No.10327 of 2017 is also dismissed for non-prosecution.
