This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 77 days delay in filing appeal against the judgement and sentence passed by the learned Sessions Judge Principal POCSO Court, Salem, Salem District in Spl.S.C.No.14 of 2021 dated 13.03.2025.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 77 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
