This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondents as respondents 2 to 4 in the above appeal.

2. The proposed respondents are defendants 1 to 3 in the suit.

The suit was filed by the first respondent for specific performance and this appeal has been filed by the fourth defendant in the suit.

Hence, the proposed respondents are proper and necessary parties.

3. In the light of the above facts, this petition is allowed.
