This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15662 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
