This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11001 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023 to report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11001 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023 is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police in weekly once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
