This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the Petitioner to appear before the Respondent daily at 10.30 am, for 4 weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.7719 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and draft charge sheet was made ready in this matter.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioners haveto appear before the Court, concerned.
