2. When the matter came up for admission, I sought for a report from the learned District Munsif, Hosur. The learned Judge has sent a report stating that the matter is adjourned for filing of additional written statements and framing of additional issues. That apart, both parties have not adduced their oral and documentary evidence.

3. Taking into consideration the report filed by the learned District Munsif, Hosur, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.296 of 2007 within a period of six months from the date on which additional issues are framed.
