ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in 1/4
Crime No.2 of 2020, pending on the file of respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Thiruppatur and the same is yet to be taken cognizance.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage. If ultimately the concerned Court acts upon the final report and issues summons to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he can work out their remedy in the manner known to law.

This Criminal Original petition is dsisposed of in the above terms. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 22.09.2023 Index : Yes (or) No 2/4
