PETITION under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to call for the records in Crime No.2 of 2020 on the file of the Yelagiri Police station, Vellore.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in 1/4

Crime No.2 of 2020, pending on the file of respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Thiruppatur and the same is yet to be taken cognizance.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage. If ultimately the concerned Court acts upon the final report and issues summons to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he can work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
