O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 15.02.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a sum of Rs.4,25,500/- to the counter petitioner/Advocate for the Court fees as well as expenses for the litigation cost. But the Advocate never appeared before the Court. He further submitted that as the petitioner wanted to appoint a new counsel, she demanded money, but the Advocate was refused to return the same. Hence, the petitioner lodged the complaint before the respondent on 15.02.2016. But the respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. So the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint was closed as if the amount given by her to the Advocate for filing the suit for partition, is for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

payment of Court fees, other litigation expenses and Advocate fees. He has also furnished a closure report. 4.Considering the rival submissions made on both sides, I am of the view that there is no reason for reopen the closure report. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as devoid of merits.
