Crl.M.P.No.1467 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10823 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN.J., This petition has been filed to grant a further period of three months to complete the investigation and to file the final report as per the direction given by this Court vide order dated 05.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 10823 of 2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended till 31.05.2024 for the petitioner to complete the investigation and to file the final report, as per the directions of this Court.
