Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of Crime No.5120 of 2020 from the second respondent police to CBCID police to investigate the same and consequently to trace out the accused to recover the sum of Rs.23,00,000/- expeditiously within the time as stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation of Crime No.5120 of 2020 from the second respondent police to CBCID police for further investigation and consequently to trace out the accused and recover the sum of Rs.23,00,000/-.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that FIR in Crime No.5120 of 2020, pending on the file of the second respondent police, has been enquired and the same was closed on 31.07.2023 as 'undetected'. The petitioner was also duly served with Refer Charge Sheet in RCS.No.7 of 2023 on 31.07.2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 03.02.2025 : Yes/No Speaking/non-speaking order
