This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that he should appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore at 10.00 a.m. on alternative working days, until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.12441 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12417 of 2023 dated 17.08.2023.

2. Heard. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet is filed in P.R.C. No. 146 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
