This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner's company and M/s. NEPC Tea Garden, with regard to eviction of the petitioner from the Waverly Tea Estate, Valparai.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 will not interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner's company and M/s.NEPC Tea Garden, except by following due process of law. 2/4
