2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they were unable to comply with the earlier order of this Court dated 26.08.2019, since the order copy was furnished by the Registry of the High Court only on 16.09.2019.

In these circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai - 15 in C.C.No.2183 of 2019, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a petition to recall the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against her. The learned Metropolitan Magistrate is called upon to consider the petitioner for recall of the Non-Bailable Warrant, on its own merits and pass orders on the same.
