This writ petition is filed by the petitioner for issuance of Writ of Mandamus seeking to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders on the appeal dated 21.09.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier the petitioner made application on 16.02.2022 to the official respondents seeking for measuring the property and fixing the boundary stones as per patta and further filed a writ petition in W.P.No.5408 of 2022 which was disposed of on 10.03.2022 directing the official respondents to consider the above application. Pursuant to which, the second respondent passed the impugned order on 06.07.2022. Against which, appeal was preferred before the first respondent on 21.09.2022 which is pending without consideration. Hence, the petitioner confined his prayer by seeking this Court for issuance of direction for the first respondent to conclude the appeal proceedings and pass orders within a reasonable time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
3. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court 2/4
directs the first respondent to conclude the appeal dated 21.09.2022 filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate order(s) on merits and in accordance with law, after providing reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner well as any other interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
