Heard Mr. S.Jagan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. T.Arun Kumar, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent, Mr. C.H.Vinobha Gandhi, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent and Mrs. P.T.Ramadevi, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Third Respondent to take appropriate legal action on the basis of the Letter No. M2/9961/2022 dated 30.08.2022 from the Second Respondent against the Fourth Respondent. 2/5

In furtherance to the order passed on 11.11.2022 by the Court, the Third Respondent has filed memo dated 23.11.2022 stating as follows:- "

The Petitioner in the above mentioned Writ Petition prays before this Hon'ble court to take appropriate legal action on basis of the Second Respondent's Letter No.M2/9961/2022 dated 30.08.2022 against the Fourth Respondent. I hereby submit that the suit building was inspected by the officials on 16.11.2022 and produced inspection report dated 22.11.2022. The Fourth Respondent was carrying out maintenance work of his flat i.e., whitewashing and also changing the old mosaic floor into new marble flooring and there was no additional construction is being carried out and no deviation in the flat owned by the Fourth Respondent. Therefore recording the said submission this Hon'ble Court may pass further orders and render justice." In view of the aforesaid action taken on the said Letter No. M2/9961/2022 dated 30.08.2022 from the Second Respondent, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
