Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.None represents the 2nd respondent.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would aver that on account of accident, his life became paralysed and due to financial constraints, a delay of 436 days occurred in preferring the above appeal.

4.In light of the above, this condone delay petition is ordered. The petitioner is waived from paying the interest for the delay period of 436 days.

5.Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.120765 of 2024 and post it for Admission in regular course, if the papers are otherwise in order.
