ORDER
By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
The instant writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2025 and pass orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3.
The case of the petitioner is that, he was working as Regional Executive Engineer, in the respondent / Department. While so, he was suspended on 29.05.2025, one day prior to the date of retirement, by raising an audit objection, that a criminal case in Crime No.2 of 2023 is pending against the petitioner. Aggrieved by which, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents dated 30.05.2025, seeking revocation of suspension and consequently, permitting him to retire from service on 31.05.2025 and the same is yet to be considered. Hence the petition. 4.
Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would fairly submit that the petitioner' representation will
be considered on merits and in accordance with law within a reasonable time. 5.
In view of the fair submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
