ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take action against the 2nd respondent to follow the due process of law, regarding collection of loan amount, as guided by the Reserve Bank of India forthwith based on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.10.2022.
2.A copy of order dated 22.09.2022 in W.P.No.25538 of 2022, Faiz Jahan Vs. The ombudsman, C/o. Reserve Bank of India and another, passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court had been passed over to me. The petitioner is holding a credit card of the 2nd respondent. He had spent money without any restraint. Now, the 2nd respondent wants to recover the money. The petitioner had given a complaint to the 1st respondent. The petitioner claimed that the 1st respondent should take action against the 2nd respondent.
3.Since, it is a contract between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent, I am not inclined to pass any order.
