(Order of the Court was made by K.Raviraja Pandian,J) The petition is of the year 2002. As the case bundle is not available with the Registry in respect of this petition, it has been listed under the caption "EB not available cases".
2. When the matter is taken up for orders, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Pollution Control Board submits that the writ petition has become infructuous because amendment to Rule 19 has been carried out to the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959. Recording his submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
