O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct further investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.02.2016 and submit additional report within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 11.07.2009, one Balu along with 10 rowdy elements trespassed into the petitioner's property and illegally attempted to put up a small hut. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents on 11.07.2009, based upon the same, a case has been registered in Crime No.175/2009 for the offences under Sections 447 and 506(i) IPC. He further submitted that after investigation, a charge sheet has been filed for the offences https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

punishable under Sections 420, 465, 447 and 506(i) IPC and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.690 of 2014. During enquiry, the said Balu threatened the petitioner and his friend Kumaran, for which, the petitioner has given another complaint before the respondents on 11.01.2016. It is further submitted that the petitioner also came to know that some Advocate groups from Villupuram have given helping hand to the accused/Balu in connection with the land grabbing. Hence, the petitioner preferred the complaint on 25.02.2016 before the respondents seeking to conduct further investigation. But the respondents have not taken any action so far. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.

Considering the submissions made on both sides and perusing the typed set of papers, the case was taken on file in C.C.No.690 of 2014 and the petitioner was examined as P.W.1 and one Kumaran was examined as P.W.2. Then only, the petitioner has come forward with this petition at the belated stage. Under such circumstances, it is clear that the petitioner only with a malafide intention to rope another person as accused in this case, has filed the present petition. Therefore, I do not find any merits in the petition and accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
