2. The petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 04.04.2019 seeking to issue Community Certificate as if he belongs to Scheduled Tribe (Kattu Nayakan) community. The fact reveals that the community certificate of the petitioner which stands as on today mentions that he belongs to Most Backward Community whereas the community certificate of the deceased father appears to be the one as Scheduled Tribe (Kattu Nayakan).

3. We do want to express anything on the merits of the case. This is the matter which the first respondent will have to deal with after conducting due inquiry. Suffice it to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2019 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
