Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to grant one month leave to the petitioner husband namely Sengottaiyan, S/o.Chinnapaiyan, (Prisoner No.CT19310) confined in Central Prison at Coimbatore for giving heart treatment to the petitioner husband.

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction, directing the second respondent to grant one month leave to the petitioner's husband namely Sengottaiyan, S/o.Chinnapaiyan, (Prisoner No.CT19310) confined in Central Prison at Coimbatore for giving heart treatment to the petitioner husband. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that since the petitioner's husband / detenue has already undergone three years of imprisonment after the conviction, he would be entitle for ordinary leave for a period of one month. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the second respondent herein seeking for leave for a period of 30 days and on receipt of such a representation, the second respondent shall ensure that positive orders are passed permitting the petitioner to go on leave. Such orders shall be passed preferably on the same day on receipt of the petitioner's representation.
4.With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
