Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to expeditiously dispose of complaint No.60 of 2019 pending on the file of Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to expeditiously https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispose of complaint No.60 of 2019 pending on the file of the first respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the complaint of the petitioner has already been disposed of, by the first respondent and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication herein.

3.The aforesaid submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
