The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to enquire the application of the petitioner dated 22.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders thereon.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.E.T.Ayyappan, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5.

Considering the limited prayer made in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to both the parties, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
