O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents herein to provide police protection to the petitioner, his servants for transporting LPG cylinders through lorries to their godown as well as for unloading, storing and distributing the L.P.G cylinder from the godown situated at S.F.No.158, R.S.F.No.158/10, Ward No.18, Madathupalayam

Road, Avinashi Town Panchayat, Tiruppur District as approved by the statutory authority.

2. The writ petition was instituted in the year 2017 and on account of efflux of time, the relief as such sought for deserves no further consideration from the hands of this Court. If at all any grievances exist to the writ petitioner as of now, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Authorities.

3. That apart, this Court remanded the matter for fresh consideration in respect of the dispute between the parties in W.P.No.5031 of 2017. Thus, no further adjudication is required.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 21.03.2023 (1/2) Jeni Index : Yes Speaking order
