C.M.P.No.20324 of 2022 in S.A.SR.No.115272 of 2021 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 222 days in re-presenting S.A.SR.No.115272 of 2021.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said petition, it had been stated that though the Second Appeal was filed within the period of limitation, the Registry had returned and several case papers had to be obtained from the Trial Court and from the First Appellate Court, for which time was taken.

3.In view of the reasons stated, the delay in re-presenting is condoned. The Registry to number S.A.SR.No.115272 of 2021, if it is otherwise in order.
