This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the third petitioner to represent the fourth petitioner as her power agent in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fourth petitioner is in abroad and therefore the third petitioner being the brother of the fourth petitioner has been given power to represent her.

3. In view of the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
