This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner on 09.09.2019 for construction of the compound wall for two days at the cost of the petitioner.

2. The prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court, since the same pertains to Civil dispute. Also the petitioner cannot approach this Court directly seeking police protection. If the petitioner so choses he can file an appropriate petition before proper forum in the manner known to law.
