2. The learned Additional Advocate General and the learned standing appearing for Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board in unison submitted that no new brickkiln unit was permitted to be established on the elephant corridors after the orders of this court. He further submitted that no one would be allowed to establish a new unit in the future on the elephant corridors as directed by this court. The said statements are recorded.

3. The petitioner/party-in-person, who was present in court, was fair enough to acknowledge the statements made by the standing counsel for TNPCB.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and the other facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the considered view that no further orders are required to be passed in this matter and the miscellaneous petition has to be necessarily closed.
