This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 138 days in filing the above Criminal Revision.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfied, however, in order to give opportunity to the petitioner, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit the admitted cheque amount of Rs.7,00,000/-(Rupees Seven Lakhs only) to the credit of Crl.M.P.No.16119 of 2022 before the Registry of this Court on or before 18.11.2022, failing which, the delay condoned is Page No.1/3

automatically cancelled without any further reference to the Court. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
