Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate action upon the representation of the petitioner and pass orders within a time frame fixed by this Court by considering his representation dated 18.03.2021. ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to take appropriate action upon the representation of the petitioner and pass orders within a time frame fixed by this Court by considering his representation dated 18.03.2021.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2021 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
