issued in Na.Ka.No.10824/A3/2014 dated 29.01.2015 and to QUASH the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of BT Assistant (Science) in the fourth respondent school from the date of appointment on 02.01.2009 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including payment of arrears of salary with interest.
