O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue separate patta to the petitioner in respect of the property in S.F.No.175/11 situated at Maruvathur Village, Sendhurai Post, Ariyalure District measuring an extent of 13 cents by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2016. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that though she has given her representation as early as on 14.12.2016 for issuance of patta, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order so far.

3.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the land in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

question was surveyed and the Surveyor had also filed a report dated 12.01.2017, however, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order so far. Further, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2016 shall be considered by the 3rd respondent in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the interested parties.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
