2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.771 of 2016 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.767 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.
