Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner complaint dated 23.03.2016 and to return the petitioner's Flat Avventura Black color car bering Registration No.KL-51-F-5670, 2 mobiles (Nokia Lumia 1020 & Nokia Lumia 730) to the petitioner and take further action against the third respondent and the accused. ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.03.2016 and to return the petitioner's Fiat Avventura black color car, bearing Registration No.KL-51-F-5670, 2 mobiles (Nokia Lumia 1020 & Nokia Lumia 730) to the petitioner and to take further action against the 3rd respondent and the accused, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not lodged any complaint to the jurisdictional police namely, the Inspector of Police, Grand Bazaar Police Station, Pondicherry. 3.On reading of the complaint dated 23.03.2016, it is seen that for an incident said to have been taken place on 12.01.2016, the petitioner has sent a complaint to the Inspector General of Police, Pondicherry, on 23.03.2016. In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the Inspector of Police, Grand Bazaar Police Station, Pondicherry and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
