This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21882 of 2022 on 12.09.2022 that the petitioner shall stay at Tiruppur and report before the Inspector of Police, Town police station, Tiruppur daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30.pm., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
