This application has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19049 of 2022 on 12.08.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 04.30 p.m. until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions.
3. Considering the above submission, the conditions imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
