Mrs.V.Vijayalakshmi, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. This writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

3.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the representation dated 05.09.2023 of the petitioner will be considered and disposed on merits and in accordance with law. 4.In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 05.09.2023 of the petitioner, subject to the petitioner depositing 25% of the amount already confirmed vide notice dated 25.08.2023 within a period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that in case, the petitioner fails to deposit within the stipulated time, the respondents are at liberty to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law. 2/4
