Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to cancel the bail granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.13628 of 2017 on 11.09.2017.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to cancel the bail granted to the accused persons on the ground that the accused persons are threatening the witnesses.

2. This Court is not in a position to entertain the petition at this point of time.
