This petition is filed to condone the delay of 144 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order dated 21.01.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.578 of 2018 in C.C.No.20 of 2013 passed by the Special Court for the cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suffering from kidney ailment and he is under dialysis, due to which, he was enable to prefer the revision within the stipulated time. Thus he prayed for condonation of delay in preferring the above revision.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for petitioner, the delay is condoned.
