This application has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17634 of 2022 on 28.07.2022 to report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 04.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions.

3. Considering the above submission, the conditions imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
