This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7972 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8271 of 2023 dated 14.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, condition imposed for the other accused in this case had been relaxed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor ( Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed in total.
