The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent to dispose of I.A.No.844 of 2007 in O.S.No.353 of 1997 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Alandur as expeditiously as possible.
2. In view of the limited prayer made in the revision petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same, even if the notice is not served on the respondent.
3. Having regard to the fact, the Interlocutory Application is of the year 2007, this Court is inclined to direct the Court below to dispose of 2/4
