Crl.M.P.No.16392 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25876 of 2021 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by this Court to the respondents 1 to 6 herein in Crl.O.P.No.25876 of 2021 dated 02.09.2022, on the ground that the respondents 1 to 6 so far have not executed any sureties as directed by this Court, within the stipulated time.

2. Per contra, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 submitted that after obtaining anticipatory bail from this Court, by an order dated 02.09.2022, the respondents 1 to 6 surrendered before the concerned Court and produced the sureties. Thereafter, as directed by this Court, the respondents 1 to 6 were duly reported before the 7th respondent herein daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above, there is no ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 6 herein. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 02.11.2022 Lpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
