This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20962 of 2022 dated 02.09.2022 to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the credit of the Crime No.276 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds not less than the value of Rs.10,00,000/- (stands in the name of the petitioner or their relatives or friends) along with proper valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned, to the credit of Crime No.276 of 2022". The other conditions shall remain intact.
