Vs BALAJI [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the Decree and Judgment dated 13 th day of October 2015 passed in MCOP No.891 of 2009 on the file of the Honble Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (In the Court of III Additional District Judge) at Salem in (CMP NO.691/2017 in CMA NO.85/2017). Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.MICHAEL VISUVASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KAITHAMALAI KUMARAN, Advocate for the respondent the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 25.01.2017 granted an order of interim stay on condition to deposit the entire award amount by the appellant / Insurance company, within a period of four weeks.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant insurance company, on instructions, submitted that the conditional order dated 25.01.2017 has been duly complied with by the appellant.

3. In view of the above, interim order already granted is made absolute and this Civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
